Moonstones are associated with lunar gods and goddesses. It is believed to be born from solidified rays of the moon, carrying lunar energy that helps balance emotional upset. This gentle energy helps eases stresses and feelings of anxiousness, and can be used to enhance intuition. It is filled with female, creative and intuitive energies and is strongly connected to the moon, reminding us that everything is part of a cycle of change. Calming overreactions to situations and emotional triggers, it soothes emotional instability and stress, stabilising emotions and improving emotional intelligence.
