Women’s Day Retreat in Switzerland: Introduction to the Magic of Your Menstrual Cycle

Women are cyclical and intuitive beings. However, we live in a world where these very qualities are suppressed and ignored.

A society in which there is no room for women’s natural cycles leads to women moving further and further away from their nature and thus from themselves and feeling more and more lost.

The world we live in wants everything to remain straightforward and rational, because everything wild, intuitive and natural is not predictable and therefore not controllable. How our planet and living beings are currently doing is only a reflection of how women are doing mentally and how we treat ourselves and allow ourselves to be treated. The passive intuitive feminine energy is there to heal and restore balance. However, this very characteristic has been suppressed in most women for years. Instead we live the masculine, rational, active side which, when it gets out of hand, has a destructive effect on our planet and especially on ourselves.

The access to our feminine energy lies in menstrual awareness, in the awareness of our cyclical nature and our individual phases through which we flow each month. When we are aware of our phases and their individual qualities, we can organise and arrange our lives in a whole new way.
